Ice cream machine manufacturer Carpigiani offer a range of machines designed to boost the winter sales of ice cream.

The Pronto 4 Counter Top Ice Cream Maker and the Labo 8/12E (pictured) machines allow gelato to be made, whether it is traditional flavours such as chocolate and strawberry, or seasonal flavours like brandy butter.

The Pronto 4 in particular is said to be ideal for kitchens with limited workspace and has been made with continual use in mind.

Soft serve machines such as the countertop 191 N'Ice Cream and Rainbow 3 are intended for use in restaurants and outlets requiring a fast turn-around, with the 191 N'Ice Cream measuring just 50cm wide.
